  • 8×4 inch loaf pan


  • 1 cup + 2 tbs banana puree
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • ½ cup  milk of choice


  • Preheat your oven to 350℉. Line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the banana puree, self-rising flour, and milk of choice until smooth. Avoid overmixing.
