  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon paprika



  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon dried oregano
  • ¼ tablespoon chili pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F or your air fryer to 375°F, ensuring the perfect cooking environment for your chicken.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Rinse the chicken thighs and pat them dry. Transfer them to a ziplock bag for marinating.

  4. Marinate Chicken: Pour 3/4 of the prepared marinade into the ziplock bag with the chicken. Seal the bag and gently massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse. You can refrigerate it overnight for even more flavor!



  5. Reserved Marinade: Remember to store the remaining 1/4 of the marinade separately in the fridge for serving later. Do not let it come into contact with raw chicken to maintain food safety standards.
  6. Cook Chicken: Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 17-20 minutes, or air fry for approximately 12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
