  • 3 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tiny peperoncinis (optional)
  • 2 oz feta cheese
  • 2 slices cooked turkey or chicken breast

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
