  • Parchment paper

  • 1 (12.5 oz) can of cooked, shredded chicken (drained)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

For the Toppings:

  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 7 slices turkey pepperoni (or other low-carb toppings)


For the Crust:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain the canned chicken and shred it with a fork. Spread the shredded chicken evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is slightly golden brown and crispy.
  • While the chicken bakes, prepare the rest of the ingredients. In a mixing bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add the parmesan cheese mixture and mix well until a dough forms.
  • Press the dough onto the same baking sheet, forming a 1/4-inch thick pizza crust.

For the Pizza:

  • Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C).
  • Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni (or other desired toppings).
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.


  • If the crust seems too dry after baking, you can microwave it for 10-15 seconds to soften it slightly.
