Ingredients
  

for 3 Cookies

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 100 g egg whites
  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 40 g vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 20 g protein cookie butter powder

  • 20 g powdered peanut butter
  • 6 g zero-calorie sweetener
  • 4 g baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 45 g mini white chocolate chips
  • 100 g fresh raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (except white chocolate chips and raspberries) and mix well until you have a thick cookie dough consistency.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries gently.
  • Portion the dough: Divide the dough equally onto three small pieces of parchment paper (burger sized works well!). Shape each portion into a thick cookie.
  • Air-fry magic: Preheat your air fryer to 250°F and air-fry the cookies for 5-6 minutes, or until set and slightly golden. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer, so watch them closely.
