Ingredients:
- 4 Onions
- 100 cloves of garlic
- 1” of ginger
- 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- 1 pinch of cayenne (optional)
- 2 teaspoons of rosemary (optional)
- 2 teaspoons chopped thyme (optional)
- 1 stalk of lemon grass (optional)
- 2” of turmeric (optional)
- 1 quart of chicken stock (if not making base, use 4 quarts)
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 3 potatoes, chopped

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Set the oven to 375°F.
