Sometimes it’s hard to go out to eat on a restricted diet, but many popular restaurants are now doing

eating out is easier with gluten-free menus or modifications to your

meal. The following restaurants, in my opinion, are the best gluten-free chain

restaurants according to the number of options they have, as well as

how they accommodate allergies and preferences. These

restaurants are located all over the world, so it’s easier to try them all

options off the menu every time you go out to eat.

1. Noodles and Company

You would think that Noodles and Company would not be gluten-free due to the presence of “noodles” in the

title, but there are several tasty options in this restaurant! You can substitute

either gluten-free fusilli, zucchini or rice noodles among the most popular

dishes such as Penne Rosa, Pesto Cavatappi, Wisconsin Mac & Cheese and

more. On top of that, many of their salads are gluten-free with a selection

dressings, as well as the pad thai noodle dish and the thai chicken and tomato

Bisque soup with basil. A very good aspect of Noodles and Company is also

that when you order something that is gluten free they ask if it is a

preference or allergy so they can prepare your dish in the appropriate environment.

2. Chipotle Mexican Grill

An interesting fact about Chipotle is that everything on the menu, aside from the flour tortilla, is

completely gluten-free! Chipotle is a restaurant where they assemble the food

in front of you, so you can pick and choose what you like in your burritos,

bowls, tacos and more! They avoid cross-contamination by having everything in

select containers and label anything that might have traces on their website

3. At Jimmy John’s

Jimmy John’s has a new gluten-free item added to its menu, the “Unwich” wrap. You can take any

sandwich, without the bread, and wrap it in lettuce. Many ingredients for

their sandwiches are gluten free, but be sure to check the allergen list just right

in case. With an allergy at Jimmy John’s, you can order specially for

make sure they do the packing on the paper instead of the working table to avoid

cross-contamination, and have them change their gloves before doing your

sandwich.

4.MOD Pizza

One food I thought I couldn’t eat after going gluten-free was pizza, but not

with MOD Pizza! This restaurant has a build-it-yourself feel with manufacturing

pizzas, and they offer a gluten-free crust to make it. They do

pizzas, and the majority of their toppings are healthy and do not contain it.

5. Boston Market

This restaurant is one of those places that have a lot of different options because you can choose a starter,

side, and drink. The dishes offered are different chicken dishes or

bowls, with sides such as steamed fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes, southwest

rice, and more. On top of that, they guarantee that all of their food is

manufactured in environments separate from common allergens.

6. Five Guys

You wouldn’t think a burger restaurant is almost entirely gluten-free, but Five Guys is! The only items on their menu that contain gluten are their buns, HP sauce, malt vinegar condiments, malted milkshake, and Oreo cookie milkshake. Everything else is completely gluten-free. They haven’t made gluten-free bread on their menu yet, but they do offer all of their sandwiches and burgers with lettuce and all the toppings, just minus the bread.

7. Garden of Olives

Olive Garden is a fantastic chain of Italian restaurants! There are so many gluten-free options here, like their famous house salad with dressing, Zuppa Toscana

soup, many of their chicken and steak dishes, plus you can substitute gluten-free

rotini noodles with any of the dishes. Olive Garden is also one of the big

restaurants that ask you if you avoid gluten by allergy or preference,

which makes it easier to know that there would be no cross-contamination along

with your food.

8. Jason’s delicatessen

Jason’s Deli has so many options and modifications for people who are

avoid gluten. You can ask most of their sandwiches to use Udi’s brand of bread! On top of that, much of their salad, potatoes and more are

all gluten-free. It’s impossible that you won’t find anything about it

menu, even with a dietary restriction!

9. California Pizza Kitchen

California Pizza Kitchen not only offers gluten-free crust pizzas,

but many other options off its menu. They offer several salads, appetizers,

soups and desserts. When you go to a restaurant, all you have to do is ask

for their gluten free menu and all the food there. It is one of

those sit-down restaurants that you can’t miss with their options!

10. PF Chang’s

PF Chang’s has an entire modified gluten-free menu for people with

allergic and who just have a preference for this diet. Surprisingly enough, they

also have gluten free soy sauce. Usually, Asian soy sauce contains gluten, but

here, just ask for the gluten-free soy sauce and you’re done!

They have dishes such as their egg soup, spicy chicken, shrimp with

lobster sauce, Mongolian beef and more. I believe this place has

one of the most options where it’s made gluten-free, when asked
